Copiapoa haseltoniana

Description

The soft cool colours of this little Copiapoa makes it instantly recognisable – dusty mint green-blue with contrasting amber yellow woolly areoles. This little Atacama desert dweller is slow, easy and one of a kind.

WATERING

In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% – water sparingly. In spring gradually increase watering – depending on temperature and light exposure.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Full sun.

FEED

Use a cactus fertiliser 2-3 times a year.

REPOTTING

Can stay in the same pot for many years. Repot using a cactus compost with a good mix of perlite or pumice.
