Description

Agapanthus ‘Black Pantha’ also known as African Lily is sure to bring rich colour and interest to your garden with its beautiful Summer flowers. A semi-evergreen shrub with clump-forming habit and tall mid-green stalks which carry deep purple, almost black buds which bloom into large, funnel-shaped, deep purple flowers which will usually appear as a cluster atop the stems.

Plant in moist, well-drained soil and keep in full sun for the best flower colours. Quite hardy but should be kept sheltered from high winds and harsh Winter frosts. Mulch well to help protect during the colder months. Works well as a container plant.
