Description
This is certainly the king of climbing dicentras from Tibet and Nepal. Rapidly ascending stems carry hanging clusters of lemon flowers amidst delicate ferny foliage all summer long. Ours cloaks and colours-up a boring eight foot conifer before producing numerous sausage-like seed pods hanging on stringy stems. These change from green to purple in late autumn and winter making hanging necklaces! They finally die down to a deep hardy tuber in winter.
