Description
Native to Morocco, Euphorbia resinifera grows along the slopes of the Atlas Mountains. This dense succulent shrub forms a wide cushion-shaped clump which can grow 60cm tall. Its stems emerge glaucous green, with short brown spines lining its four spines.
WATERING
Water when soil is dry 100%. Water lightly (if at all) during winter months.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Full sun.
REPOTTING
It can stay in the same pot for a number of years as it is such a slow growing plant. If it does ever become too small for the pot it is in, repot into one size up and use a well draining cactus compost, adding extra drainage such as perlite, pumice or grit.
FEED
Use a cactus fertiliser 3 times between March – November.
POT SIZE / HEIGHT
See available sizes below. Please note that, due to their natural variability, specimens’ height may be within 10-20% of the stated height below.
Plant supplied in nursery pot.
