Description
Creeping evergreen sub-shrub with dark green leaves and producing lilac-pink flower throughout the summer which are attractive to bees and butterflies. These should be trimmed off when finished. The leaves have a fruity, lemon flavour and are good in many savory dishes and stuffings and also in fruit salads. Plant in a sunny position in light, poor soil. If the soil is heavy it will be less aromatic and will not flower so well.
