Description
A gem of a plant for a semi-shady position. Slow in its first year, then when established rapidly forms a large colony. Flowers are held well above the foliage on erect 90 – 120cm (3 – 4ft) stems which do not need staking. Three month flowering period from August to October. Very free flowering and clump forming variety with single clear pink flowers which are nectar and pollen rich so are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects. They will die down in the winter then re-shoot in the spring. Cut stems down to the ground after flowering. Plant 60cm (2ft) apart.
