Description
Rhododendron ‘Princess Anne’ is a compact, dense evergreen shrub. This variety sports neat matte green foliage throughout the year, though it will appear slightly bronze early in the season and also at winter time. Small, 3cm wide funnel-shaped pale yellow flowers with green stems accompany the foliage in mid-spring to give it a nice dotted effect amongst the yellowish-green leaves. This bushy variety is extremely hardy and can tolerate most well-drained soils, it also loves being in fully sunny positions in the garden, but it will do just as well in a partially shaded area.
