Our Park Blend is a carefully crafted mixture of Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, and Tall Fescue, designed to offer a lush, medium-to-dark green lawn. Notably, this blend showcases superior resistance to weeds and diseases, ensuring a consistently healthy and vibrant lawn.

Park Blend excels in several aspects, including its ability to thrive in shaded areas better than 100% Kentucky Bluegrass, as well as its capacity to recover rapidly from damage, surpassing many other grass varieties. Versatile in its application, it suits both commercial and residential purposes, making it an excellent choice for parks, home lawns, and commercial landscapes. Additionally, it boasts good drought resistance and wear tolerance.

This grass blend presents a striking dark green hue and features leaves with a medium to fine texture. Its high density contributes to a luxuriously soft feel underfoot. Whats more, Park Blend adapts well to a range of soil types, from heavy clay to sandy soils. It even demonstrates above-average tolerance to acidic, alkaline, saline, and poorly drained soils. When it comes to maintenance, mow it to a height between 1.5 to 2.5 inches, with a recommended frequency of once a week, utilizing either a rotary or reel mower.

For optimal growth, newly planted turf should be watered daily and soaked to a depth of 3 inches during the first 10 to 14 days to prevent drying out.
