Description

Hydrangea can be deciduous or evergreen shrubs, or self-clinging climbers, with flowers in clusters usually comprising both small fertile and more showy sterile flowers; often good autumn colour

‘Grandiflora’ is a large deciduous shrub with oval mid-green leaves and large upright cones of white flowers at the ends of its branches in mid to late summer. The flowers take on a pinkish tinge as the season progresses. It flowers best in full sun, provided that the soil is not allowed to dry out, but also grows well in partial shade. The panicles sometimes have a tendency to droop due to their size and weight.
