Description
Dense, prickly, deciduous hedge with masses of small yellow flowers in spring which are followed by edible bright red berries in autumn which are attractive to wildlife. The flowers are nectar and pollen rich so are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects. Green leaves turn an unsurpassable brilliant red in autumn. Shade tolerant.
