Description
Sow seeds from mid-February to early July in modules undercover.
Sow seeds 1-2 cm deep and lightly cover.
Keep soil moist and the seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
Transplant seedlings from late March to July, spacing plants 10cm apart.
Thin seedlings as necessary to maintain spacing and allow good root development.
Harvest from late May to November when roots are firm, smooth, and fully grown.
