Description
Sow the seeds indoors throughout the year.
Alternatively, sow directly outside when its above 10c.
Mix the tiny seeds with fine sand to aid even sowing.
Sow the seeds on the surface of moist, well-drained compost and lightly cover with vermiculite.
Place in a heated propagator at a constant temperature of 18-22 c.
The seeds will germinate in 1421 days.
Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots.
Gradually acclimatise the plants to cooler conditions.
Plant out once the risk of frost has passed in a sunny, well-drained position.
