Description
This lovely, leafy shrub forms a wonderful backdrop for many perennials. I particularly like it with bearded irises in front. The leaves are big, oval and deep mahogany brown. In summer the stems extend to produce fluffy heads of tiny flowers. In autumn the leaves turn all shades of rich red before dropping off. Flowers July and August. Pot size 10 litre
