Description
Native to the humid and tropical areas of Chiapas in Mexico, epiphytic Anthurium clarinervium requires high humidity to keep those glistening velvety leaves happy. Deep green soft heart-shaped leaves, with pale green venation, are delicate and prefer to not be misted directly or touched too much.
WATERING
In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 60%.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect.
FEED
Use a house plant fertiliser every month between April – September.
REPOTTING
Repot every 2-3 years using a very well-draining houseplant potting mix, with added bark for extra drainage.
