Description
First introduced in 2002, coinciding with the Queens Golden Jubilee, this exceptional, award-winning plant captures attention. In early spring, clusters of crinkled, purplish leaves emerge, undergoing a magical transformation into sweetly aromatic rosettes of golden-yellow. Adorning these rosettes are tubby, terminal spikes showcasing fluffy lavender flowers. Reaching a height of 2ft (60cm), this half-hardy perennial belongs to the Agastache genus within the foeniculum species, falling under the Lamiaceae/Labiatae family. Ideal for cut flowers, it thrives in full sun.
