Description
Sow indoors from February to March.
Cover seeds lightly, about 1-2 mm deep, in a fine, well-drained seed compost.
Place in a heated propagator at 18-20c.
Seeds usually take 14-28 days to germinate.
When seedlings are large enough to handle, prick out into individual pots.
Harden off and plant outdoors from March to July in a sunny position with well-drained soil, 25cm apart.
Deadhead spent flowers to encourage prolonged summer flowering.
