Description
Slow growing small deciduous tree or large bush which needs a sheltered position protected from cold winds, especially from the east. It should be planted in a position where it will not get the early morning sun on its foliage in early spring. Tiny purple-red flowers are followed in autumn by red winged fruits. Plant in a fertile, moist, but well drained soil.
