Description
Fluffy clouds of bright green leaf-like branchlets make a light and airy appearance of Asparagus umbellatus. With a more upright growing habit, due to its rather thick stems in comparison to other Asparagus species, this species can grow fairly tall if given some support.
WATERING
In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. Mist daily.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect.
FEED
Use a houseplant fertiliser every 3-4 weeks during the growing season (April – September).
REPOTTING
Repot every 2-3 years using a houseplant compost or when roots appear from the bottom of the nursery container.
