Description
Very hardy, dense, round-headed deciduous tree, with thorny branches and shiny, deeply-lobed leaves. Branches are smothered with clusters of double bright red flowers in early May then bright red fruits in autumn, providing food for wildlife. Very attractive specimen tree, or can be used in a Quickthorn hedge.
