Description

Classico is the red form of Verdagio and they look great as a duo; equally high yielding, with textured, shiny leaves that serve a satisfying crunch. These Apollo type lettuce varieties are easy to grow and harvest, with a long shelf life once cut. An attractive addition to any container or vegetable patch. High resistance to Downy mildew, Fusarium and mosaic virus, as well as being bolt-resistant.
