Description

Thyme is a bushy, dwarf evergreen shrub with small green, white variegated leaves that give off a sweet, lemony scent. Come Summer, its tiny purple flowers will emerge in clusters and attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

This fragrant small bush is highly ornamental and will be a beautiful, fresh-smelling addition to a rock garden, patio or on path edging and lawns.

When used in for culinary purposes, it is widely revered for the flavour it gives to meats, vegetables or seafood. The earthy and floral notes will compliment meats in particular. Excellent addition in soups, stews, or stuffings.

Your Thyme plant will suit growing both indoors, or in your garden. Try a sunny spot on a kitchen windowsill, conservatory, patio, or even path edging for an aromatic walkway.
