Dwarf Bean Harrison Growing Instructions
Sow the seeds under glass from April.
Place 2-3 seeds per pot, at a depth of 20-25mm.
Gently compress the soil and place it in a bright location, between 15-25c.
Water as necessary and the seeds should germinate between 5-10 days.
When the seedlings develop two sets of true leaves, thin the seedlings to the strongest one per pot.
Gradually acclimatise the plants to cooler conditions, after the risk of frost has passed.
When the plants are 8cm+, transplant them to the final growing position.
Alternatively, sow directly in the ground once the soil temperature is above 15c
The stem may require some support.
