Carrot – Ruby Prince
These are crisp, good tasting carrots that are red both outside and inside, making them a delicious and attractive addition to salads.
Best sown from late spring to early summer and harvested for maincrop carrots, although they can be sown anytime from March to July for a harvest from May to November.
