Pittosporum Midget

Description

Pittosporum tenuifolium Midget, commonly known as Dwarf Pittosporum, is an attractive, evergreen shrub. It will vastly improve any plant displays or flower arrangements with its neat look and compact growth habit. The plants bright green leaves have small, silver hairs on each leaf margin and scented, maroon flowers to add an effective burst of colour. The foliage is evergreen, so it brings year-round interest and the plant will flower in May to June, providing a wonderful fragrance from its blooms.

This Pittosporum is best placed in an area of full sunlight, whilst you should aim to keep its soil moist and well-drained. The plant is drought tolerant, so it will generally requires less attention over time, although regular watering is advised to ensure it thrives well.
