Description
The Sorbus scalaris is a deciduous tree more commonly known as the Ladder Leaf Rowan. This variety has ovate, glossy green leaves which turn orange in the Autumn. Small white flowers appear in the Spring, which are quickly followed by red fruits. The Sorbus scalaris has a bushy habit; this variety is hardy and will thrive in most soil types. The Ladder Leaf Rowan is best planted in a full sun or partially shaded location.
