This outstanding variety performed exceptionally well in Isle of Wight trials, showing strong vigour and dependable growth. It produces well-shaped bulbs with excellent skin cover and attractive pink cloves. The flavour is rich, fragrant and holds beautifully when cooked, making it a rewarding choice for kitchen gardens. Expect bulbs of 50–70mm, ready to lift in July.
