Azalea Hotshot

Description

Azalea japonica Hotshot Variegata is a well-known and vibrant outdoor evergreen shrub. These short-growing plants carry beautiful masses of lush red flowers above variegated leaves – the perfect fit for gardens, containers or rockeries. The plant will produce various trusses of single scarlet red blooms throughout late Spring – mid Summer.

Moist, well-drained soil is the type that many recommend to plant Azaleas in, ensuring it gets regular watering during Spring and Summer to make up for the rise in temperature. Any partially shaded area will see the japonica thrive in both colour and growth as time goes on.
