Description
Slow growing, round headed tree with a dense, twiggy dome, with mid to dark green, glossy, vine-like leaves. Makes an excellent specimen for a large lawn. It bears good piquant flavoured loganberry-like fruits, 2.5cm (1 inch) long, which are excellent eaten raw, or used in jams, preserves or wine or they make good food for birds. Harvest fruits Aug. to Sept. Self-fertile. if collected.
