Hibiscus Magenta Chiffon

Description

Hibiscus syriacus Magenta Chiffon is a beautiful, deciduous shrub with bushy, dark green foliage, otherwise known as Rose of Sharon. Staying in bloom for a couple of months, from mid-late Summer onwards, this plant produces masses of large, semi-double, pink-red flowers.

Plant in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Prefers a neutral or slightly alkaline soil. Position in full sun. Well suited as a feature plant in a bed or border, or in a pot or container as a standalone.
