Organic Wild Rocket

The leaves of Wild Rocket are much more serrated and darker than the standard Rocket, and it is packed full with a stronger peppery flavour.

Sow outdoors – February and March sowings direct into soil, in coldframe or under sowings in open in shallow drills about 1cm deep in rows 25cm out the seedlings as they grow to a final spacing of leaves regularly to prevent the plants quickly running to in small batches each month to ensure a continuous supply of fresh leaves.
