Squash Winter Burpee Butterbush Cultivation Advice
Sow the seeds indoors, in a heated propagator for the best results.
Place the seeds at a depth of 20mm and keep at a consistent temperature of 20-25c.
Germination should occur between 7-10 days.
Dont exclude light, this will aid the germination.
Once germinated, grow the seedlings in a cooler environment until the risk of frost has passed.
Gradually acclimatise the seedlings before planting outside, 90cm apart.
Regularly weed and water the area as needed.
