Description
Fargesia Rufa is a striking, evergreen, fountain shaped bamboo plant with uniquely textured foliage. The bright green foliage grows on thin, yellow stems which bend over as it grows, creating the fountain effect.
Plant Fargesia Rufa in moist, well-drained soil such as clay or loam, ideally in partial shade, and make sure to keep the soil moist even throughout the winter months. This is a low maintenance plant with a clump forming habit, making it an excellent choice for hedging and screens as well as growing in containers.
