Description

Philadelphus Aureus is a deciduous outdoor plant with vibrant leaves, which are yellow on young plants, eventually turning bright green on mature plants. From late spring onwards, masses of creamy white flowers bloom which have a strong, orange fragrance, which are excellent for attracting bees and other wildlife to the garden.

Plant Philadelphus Aureus in moist, well-drained soil in an area in the garden where it will receive full sun or partial shade. These garden shrubs are easy to care for and work beautifully as cottage garden plants or rockery plants, although they will grow equally as well in beds, borders, or a simple garden pot.
