Description
Sweet nectarines with an out-of-this-world flavour and a flurry of delightful blossom await no wonder these fruit trees are known as Flavourtop! Pink flowers appear from April, with just a handful of delicate soft pink petals surrounding darker stamens, coating the branches of the trees.
Excellent crops of nectarines with red skin and rich yellow flesh will be ripe and ready for picking around June or July. Eat straight from the tree for the best experience as the smooth skin will be warm after basking in the summer sun for weeks.
Very few pollinators will be active when the self-fertile flowers emerge, so to help pollination, gently dab the centre of the flowers with a small paintbrush on sunny afternoons. Plant in your gardens sunniest spots for optimal crops!
Supplied as a pair of established trees, 90-110cm tall, in 5 litre pots, ready for planting.
