Gymnocalycium mihanovichii ‘Hibotan Nishiki’

Description

These globose cacti produce a deep purple colour with patches of bright pink. Native to Paraguay, they grow nestled under bushes to avoid prolonged periods of sun exposure in the harsh summer sun.

WATERING

During S/S water when the soil is 100% dry. Refrain from watering during winter months.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Full sun.

REPOTTING

Repot every 2-3 years. Use a well draining cactus compost, adding extra drainage such as perlite, pumice or grit.

FEED

Use a cactus fertiliser twice between April – September.
