Description
Dyers Chamomile, Anthemis tinctoria, is an introduced plant that grows on bare open ground in dry soils and full sun. A perennial which grows between 30-50cm in height, in gardens it can be grown in a cornfield meadow where plants will attract a wide range of insect life such as Bees, Butterflies and Ladybirds. Dyers Chamomile has yellow daisy-like flowers that appear in July and August. Plants looks best growing with cornfield annuals especially Common Poppies and Cornflowers.
