Cultivation advice Kale Borecole Dwarf Green Curled
Sow the seeds directly, at a depth of 15mm between April-August in a prepared bed.
Water as necessary and the seeds should germinate between 14-21 days.
If sowing indoors, transplant the seedlings when they reach 10cm.
Thin or space out plants to 25cm apart when large enough.
Use netting to deter pests and water regularly as needed.
Harvest young leaves or leave autumn sowings in the ground through winter.
Frosts enhance the flavour, so picking after cold spells is ideal.
