An attractive ‘acorn’ squash, a type known for its great flavour and plentiful autumn crops.
This novel variety has soft pale flesh which can be mashed just like potatoes but with a fraction of the calories. Produces 5-6 fruits per plant. The bright white squashed hold their colour well.
