Rocket Wild Rocket (Arugula) is a delicious substitute for regular rocket because it has thin, serrated, dark green leaves with a characteristic intense, peppery flavour, nonetheless and very simple to grow! The young leaves are excellent as a salad topping.
Growing Instructions:
For outside growing, sow seeds in April to early September along a drill at a depth of 0.5–1 cm (1–4–12 in). Set up your rows of sowing 15 cm (6 inches) the seedlings are big enough to handle, thin them to a distance of 15 cm (6 in). Certain plants will self-sow if you let them flower and generate seeds, giving you additional plants with no work on your part. Plant seeds for autumn and winter harvests in a cold greenhouse, under cloches between August and September. Harvest 25-30 days after sowing the seeds.
