Description
Faster maturation and a slightly more mild flavor compared to China Rose. Radishes can be ready for harvest in 50 days for early sowings, with later sowings yielding delicious “winter radishes”. The smooth, pinky red-skinned roots are best harvested when they reach about 10cm (4in) in length. They are superb when sliced in salads or used in stir fries.
