Lavatera – Parade Mixed
This variety features a pretty mixture of large, showy, silky blooms. This hardy annual is easy to grow, great for filling gaps in borders, and reaches the height of 60cm.
Sow outdoors from March to May, where they are to flower, 0.5cm deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days. Thin seedlings to 25cm apart. Water well until plants are established. Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions, before planting out into well-drained soil, May-June, 20cm apart, when frosts are over. Flowers from June to October.
