Description
Selected form of Dogwood with brilliant red winter shoots and green leaves with an attractive broad yellow margin. Flat heads of creamy-white flowers in late spring or early summer which are nectar and pollen rich so attractive to bees, followed by white fruits in autumn which are loved by birds. Very effective if planted in clumps and with other varieties for contrasting coloured stems. Deciduous. Will make a good informal hedge. For this purpose plant 60cm (2ft) apart.
