Description
Commonly referred to as the ‘pizza pepper’, this jalapeño variety is widely recognized and commonly chosen. The dark green fruits, which reach 8-10cm (3-5in) in length, transition to a vibrant red colour. They are thick-walled, slightly tapered with blunt ends, and are suitable for a variety of culinary applications beyond simply being sliced and added to pizza.
