Description
Chinese Quinine Hydrangeaceae
A rare evergreen Hydrangea relative from Guizhou, China. Long flowering and a long time in berry. Blue or pink flowers (depending on pH), in bud for about 2 months, followed by persistent purple berries through the winter. Hardier than D. febrifuga, it is proving very useful for its long season of interest.
