Our riding area mix produces a sward enabling frequent use with minimal damage, its also suitable for polo pitches and grass gallops.

Ryegrass is quick growing, providing a speedy green cover, and providing shade and protection for the other components of this mix; SSMG, which provides a dense bottom cover with a rich colour, and creeping red fescue, which spreads quickly and promotes a dense, sturdy sward. In combination these seeds make for a quick growing, hard wearing grass which can withstand busy hooves.

This mix is sold by acre coverage, with 1 acre being 25Kg.

52% Amenity Perennial Ryegrass

24% Smooth Stalked Meadow Grass (Kentucky Bluegrass)

24% Creeping Red Fescue
