Description
Rhododendron ‘Impeditum’ is a compact, dense evergreen shrub. This variety sports neat green foliage throughout the year, these leaves give off a pleasant aroma. Small, wide funnel-shaped bluish-purple flowers with green stems accompany the foliage in mid-spring to give it a nice dotted effect amongst the pure green leaves. This bushy variety is extremely hardy and can tolerate most well-drained soils, it also loves being in fully sunny positions in the garden, but it will do just as well in a partially shaded area.
