Description
This is a strong, fast growing variety with a looser habit than some thymes. It is an evergreen sub-shrub with silvery-grey aromatic foliage which smells strongly of oranges when bruised. It is a good culinary variety which can be used in savory as well as sweet dishes. In summer it produces white to lilac pink flowers which have lots of nectar and are, therefore, very attractive to bees and butterflies.
