Ficus Tineke or, as its more commonly known, the Rubber Plant, is a plant that can be placed indoors with ease. This is down to the stunning colour that the plant shows off in abundance and, the benefits that it can provide to the atmosphere around it. Tineke is air-purifying, meaning that harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins will be removed from the air to enhance the atmosphere that the plant is situated in. The ultimate height and spread of this plant will be 2.5-4m and 1-1.5m respectiively. The care process won’t take long to get your head around as it is very simple to undertake. When the top soil is dry to touch you should water the plant. This usually means you should do it twice a month. You can help the plant thrive by misting the plant to keep the leaves nice and fresh. Someting that the plant will also appreciate is bright, indirect light, so consider that when placing it as well.
