Dill is a great addition to salads, soups, and sauces. a chef’s go-to dish for fish and reaches a height of 1.2 metres. From mid-Spring on, plant this herb in pots or other containers. Add a layer of finely sieved compost over the herb seeds. Dill may also be planted directly outside from late June through August. Dill is a tall plant that is easy to cultivate and best known for its pairing with pickles. It is treasured by florists as a filler in floral arrangements and has several culinary uses. The large, broad golden flower sprays are particularly lovely.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Herb Dill Mammoth Anethum Graveolens seeds from March to July. Directly sow seeds in a prepared seedbed outside. Sow the seeds in rows that are 25 to 30 cm apart. Add 0.5 cm (1/4 in) of fine soil over the seeds and water plants thoroughly especially during warm summer days.
