Description
Known as “The wild bugle” Ajuga ‘Black Scallop’ is an extremely hardy evergreen shrub with dark almost-black evergreen foliage, it forms a carpet like cover of rounded glossy leaves, making it an ideal ground cover for shaded borders in the garden. These plants can tolerate a variety of positions in the garden, preferring either fully sunny or partially shaded locations. Ajuga can tolerate most types of soil provided it is well drained, it can be planted beneath other shrubs or placed in containers.
